knife to cut / peel garlic (although, i do throw my garlic cloves in the blender whole!)
1 can of garbanzo's
2-3 cloves of raw garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
juice of half a lemon or your citrus of choice
Throw everything in a blender + pulse to start
Continue to blend for up to a minute--or until you reach your desired texture.
(i should note, that i use READY TO EAT garbanzo beans in this recipe. i honestly grab whatever is organic + on sale, but i am VERY happy with this can of Westbrae Natural.)
